If anything can get the better of me, it’s food – and especially Canary Island food. For as long as I can remember, I have never been able to resist trying new delicacies related to my native region. The Osmunda Restaurant is located in an incredible old mansion that was used as a resting place for traders in the olden days. Its rustic Canary Island interior design and its food make it the perfect place for an unbeatable lunch. Its specialities are meats – and fried aubergines with palm syrup as a starter. Delicious!
