One of the best restaurants on the island, La Tegala is known for its contemporary decor and use of eco-friendly produce. Executive Chef German Blanco and team also cook for Villa Delmas which we visited earlier. Their Estela Mayor tasting menu is very impressive, with appetizers including apple with duck and pine seeds. As for the other courses, I particularly enjoyed the snow crab ravioli with fennel juice and Paul savoured the quail, kimchi and sesame. There's an extensive canarian wine list to accompany your meal.
