At the Ahumadería de Uga, you can taste the best smoked salmon in Lanzarote or, possibly, the world. The family business has been smoking salmon in the town of Uga for more than 40 years. They use top-quality Norwegian and Scottish salmon and smoke it in pure Norwegian style using sea salt from the Janubio salt flats (Lanzarote).
The salmon is smoked daily, achieving the best flavour to enjoy in good company. The visit is really worth it and you can’t leave without tasting (or buying) some of this delicious salmon.
